Easily the best thing about the Swiss chocolate Project #1 protein is how it tastes more like Nesquik than an artificial flavoring. If you are doing a meal plan and trying to cut out the sweets, Project 1 has some great flavors that work well as a stand alone shake, as well as mixed into protein balls or my new favorite, protein ice cream! Best part of my day is my shake after I get home from the gym!

However being on my New Year’s resolution diet and eating healthy I cut out all of the sweets from my diet. So I was instantly craving chocolate. However with the Project 1 chocolate you get the delicious craving crusher. With a patented digestive enzyme and probiotic blend to help on the digestive!
